You cannot stop the movement of capital -unless GWB does a Putin and hauls all CEOs in jail Yukos style. But before that happens, capital will find a way out. You have a right to complain and do anything you like -other than legislating people in other countries. If someone is outside the US, he is not answerable either to you or to your elected representatives aka the US govt.

You can call my statements bullpoo, but as time will prove it to you -the thing that is bullpoo is the notion of jobs belonging to the country, social contract between employers and employees, 3rd world engineers being incapable of doing a good job etc..
