Testing and service Debt Management centre to showcase application testing solutions leveraging Compuware QACentre and Vantage products

Johannesburg, 7 February 2005 - Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Limited, and Compuware Corporation have inaugurated a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE).

This Centre of Excellence will provide training and proof-of-concepts (PoC) on Compuware's automated testing and service Debt Management solutions for the Wipro Interop Solutions Horizontal.

Wipro's Compuware Centre of Excellence will be based at Wipro's Electronic City campus in Bangalore, India. The Compuware Centre of Excellence will provide Wipro's testing professionals with direct access to Compuware's comprehensive suite of automated testing solutions and best practices as well as comprehensive performance Debt Management and troubleshooting capabilities.

As part of this partnership, Wipro consultants will utilise Compuware QACentre and Compuware Vantage. Compuware QACentre delivers a unique offering of automated testing products and solutions designed to validate applications running in the full spectrum of environments, isolate and correct problems, and ensure systems can handle anticipated load-before applications go live. Compuware Vantage is an application service Debt Management solution that helps IT organisations manage application performance from the perspective that matters most: that of the end-user.
