Interesting that you quoted this article. If the CEOs of the world were as uniformly evil as you think, how would they calculate these correlations? (100% have no values and 100% take too much salary -- makes correlation calculations kind of pointless.)

Leaving aside the accuracy of the sources you cite, don't you think it is extremely small-minded to jump from a "propensity" of a group to a conclusion that all people in that group fit the mold?
I stand by my personal experience that there are individuals in these jobs, with individual traits.
But I will not try further to dissuade you from your prejudices. I grew up around people who "knew" that blacks could only do manual labor and were undependable workers, and had lots of "data" to support their positions. I learned to futility of trying to change the mind of that kind of person.
