Well I also purchased a Dell 1100 from the home division just 15 months ago and I received all the disks including the OS. BTW...

First NTSC is the system used in the US and Canada where PAL is in Europe. I believe that is correct. So depending on where you live you would choose the version necessary. Now the 2 coax inputs are not both for TV but 1 is and the other is for FM radio. However you can get a second input with the which will work fine with the 8400. I'm using the 150 MCE version and it works great. I was going to get the 500MCE until it was pointed out to me that it only works for watching one channel and recording another with over the air antennas or without a set top box. To do this with Satellite like direct TV you will need the add on I listed above which wasn't available when I purchased mine. I might still buy the 500 MCE as I don't have an extra PCI slot unless I remove my modem but do have an extra slop for the additional piece. I was going to just get 2 150MCE to do it until I ran out of slots.
