Terry, 1. You can do the following, if you have not wiped your HDD from at least one of your Dim2400's if they were set up the all set up the same way? a. Copy the Dell Drivers folder from the PC onto a CD, keep the CD for future reinstalls. From this folder you can run the driver and software installation that was installed from the factory, if you have not reinstalled Windows on your PC. The folder is located at: C:-DELL-Drivers

2. If you have a PC that has internet access, and you couldn't copy your driver folder, you should go to www.Dell.com, go to Support under Home or Business Users. Then click on Downloads. And download and copy all drivers and applications that are listed there. They will be in self extracting *.ZIP files, copy them to a CD for future reinstallations if necessary.

3. Now for your CDR-CDRW software, since it is not listed under Dell Dim2400 applications. Do you have other Dell PC's with an application-driver CD, you should be able to install from them the applications you need.

Anyway, this change of policy is new to me. When I ordered the machines, there was no such option as to adding the CDs for extra $.
