Delivery time 1806
I'm actually in the same boat. I ordered two PE 1850s and a Optiplex on Monday May 1. I didn't get the online order status stuff until Wednesday May 3. At that point, it said both orders had shipped on May 2nd for delivery May 5 (today!) I was ecstatic!

I called customer service yesterday to get tracking numbers and they gave me a tracking number for the Optiplex and said that it was on a truck in the US and was scheduled to get to the local depot on Monday or Tuesday (which is 3 or 4 days AFTER the expected delivery date). They couldn't give me a tracking number for the PE 1850s because Purolator didn't have on yet and they didn't expect those boxes to leave the US until Monday or Tuesday either so I'm looking at pretty hefty delays, which is what prompted my investigation into Dell shipping estimates, which lead to my reading this thread so I'm quite confused. For the most part, everyone seems to be having good luck with Dell shipping, but not me :( Funny thing though, the expected delivery date for both orders still says today on Dell's site. Perhaps they will infact arrive and maybe Purolator has it's head up it's butt? Purolator's tracking system says the Optiplex package is in transit in the US since 10:30 yesterday.
