Now that's funny. I was mis-directed by every level of Dell support, and never got a solution even offered, and I'm being unreasonable !!! You can join the group on the left of room. The ones holding the big sign that says STUPID PEOPLE HERE !!!

You are correct, I am not a current Dell customer. I'm a pre-sales consumer, and the IT dude at the school, and this summer when they make their purchasing decision for the new computer lab, guess what I will have to say for input !!! ( I am the IT dude, and the only one. Dell ... YOU'RE TOAST !!! It is unlikely that any human, barring one with brain damage, would think the system is stolen. I'm giving them my email, my home address, my phone number and my email address. What sort of nutjob thief would offer up that, with stolen goods. Also, IT IS NOT DELL'S JOB TO POLICE THE *&^&% UNIVERSE !!!! It was an after warranty situation. THEY SHOULD NOT CARE !!!!!!!!!!

Every person that I talked with at Dell support mis-directed me to another clueless high school dropout. I have experienced Dell support, and by god I will remember it forever !!

I've already fixed the box and am ready to put it back in service. NO THANKS TO DELL SUPPORT !!! Thanks goes to Microsoft support !!
