E1505I6400 Comments Please 1813 Bluetooth is short-distance, low speed, low power wireless networking intended to allow small devices to communicate. I think the fastest Bluetooth spec is about 3Mbps whereas your "regular" WiFi typically... What I mean is that I usually don't pay the premium for the fastest processor. I went for the 1.8-something Core Duo rather than the slowest. Yes, WXGA is larger than SWXGA (there may be a "+" sign in there too, it gets confusing). You get more pixels with SWXGA, I think it's 1680 x 1050 compared to 1280 x 800. I don't know how to explain what might be better, but it's a very important choice (for me anyway). If I just wanted 1280 x 800, I'd skip the 15.4" and go for the XPS 140 630m 14" which is lighter and has better battery life (and in the not to distant future will probably have Core Duo too). I don't know how to advise you. On my 14" I wanted integrated because it saves on battery. The E1505 could be a desktop replacement so I went with "dedicated" (and hypermemory confuses the issue). E1505I6400 Comments Please 1815 This is what I got for $1,276, including taxes and shipping. Dell later gave me $115 and a $50 coupon back when I said I wanted to return... I would just go with dedicated -- peace of mind that you won't be limited in the future and the battery life on mine is about 5 hours. I would ask Tom Scales about that, I think he's mentioned that he has used both ... Tom are you listening? Well what the heck, if it's only $30 I'd go for it. Dell Canada must be different. Just weight the cost of keeping the 6-cell and getting an additional 9-cell vs. having only one 9-cell. Right now I use the lower capacity batteries unless I know that I am going to need more battery life then I use the higher capacity ones. That way I am using up the lower capacity ones and saving the higher capacity ones for when I need them and won't have to purchase another 9-cell in a few years. I'm glad to give back a little. Journey E1505I6400 Comments Please 1814 yes they are the same, but when you use coupons, dell jacks up the price and you work off list price before...
