That's what I did too. Now I am thinking about keeping the 6 cell in until I need the 9 cell -- does anyone know if that will save the 9 cell more? (I know it's obvious that it will, just wondering how much). I was thinking about upgrading from 1G to 1.5G, but 1G seems to fit my needs well so far. I recommend bluetooth because it's not that much more expensive. FYI you can get PC card bluetooth and USB bluetooth devices -- on my 700m it didn't have bluetooth as an option so I used a PCMCIA bluetooth card and it worked well. What did you need XP Pro for? I think a good USB tuner with good PVR software might be just as good as MCE. If it's Soundblaster Live and similar to the desktop version, the software for the card offers a lot of useful and fun effects, a graphic equalizer, and many other things. Yep, the 6000 was rated very highly. One thing that irritates me a little is that on the new keyboards (630m and E1505) my finger sometimes gets "snagged" for an instance on the way up. The Dell keyboards after the 4100-generation have all done this -- the newest ones are an improvement but it still happens. I tend to type really fast with my fingers at a low angle to the keyboard so that's why I probably notice it. I did see an online thread about this once. If I come at the keys from above more it doesn't happen. E1505I6400 Comments Please 1818 You will want to use the 9 cell SOMETIMES and not just let it sit unused for months. Batteries will eventually go bad whether you use... Great Laptop Bags I recently received 2 laptop backpack intended for different purposes and they are great -- I lucked out, but the reviews on Amazon... Journey
