I find the 630m to be light enough to carry without too much discomfort. I had the 700m and didn't like the small keyboard. The question is what screen options do you want. The 630m is running my 1600x1200 flat panel along with the laptop screen. The video out of the 630m is acceptable. Do you think you will be carrying other things in your laptop case backpack? If it's only the 6000 form factor, I think that's doable too if it's the main thing you will be carrying. If you want to make use of the $750 off Inspiron coupon though, your options are the 700m and the E1505. The 14" laptops are either Small Business or XPS. Another factor is how much typing would you do when away from your docking setup? If it's not much, or very casual, then the 700m is fine. I need a full size keyboard because I use it to take notes in meetings and I need to be able to type fast.
