My DELL X51v NEVER WORKED DELLS says, "Too bad" 1155"Christopher Muto" No consideration whatsoever for the lost time due to false promises? I even had an engineer call me and ask me some questions. He said he'd call me back the next day to tell me if there was a fix. He never called. I was told every time I spoke to someone that a patch would be coming out shortly. Finally, I called one last time (the month to return it was running out), I went through ONE MORE attempt to get it working with a tech support guy. No such luck. I asked him to send me to the Returns Department. He sent me to the wrong one. I spoke with numerous tech support people. I even had an engineer call me and ask me some questions.
