My problem with Dell Canada

VPN Service Provider

Blindly trusting the largest manufacturer of PCs in the world is not quite like gambling on an unknown enbreasty. I have had Dells for many years and have recommended them to my friends and none of us has had any problems that were not quickly corrected. Actually only about 3 calls among all of us that I recall. And the mere fact that you can have a hands on in a retail setting does not ensure that the system you buy is trouble free. In home use may require applications and games that you are not able to run in the store. And you can send back a Dell if you so choose. Unfortunately you would have to pay for shipping and I agree that is an expense that most consumers would not want to absorb. I have had far more problems with white box systems (one supplied without a hard drive..they forgot it) than I ever saw with my Dells. But to each his own and it is important that you feel comfortable with not only the system but the manufacturer and their support. I have to agree that the best bet for you is a retail store where you have direct contact with sales and the system. It also allows you to return it if you are not satisfied. For the best return policies, I have seen that Costco is one of the best along with Staples.

Hope you find a system that you are happy with and meets your requirements.
