You'll find this when you do a full scan. IMHO, it's not necessary to do a full scan every time. Do a full scan every several weeks or so. In between, do a "Smart Scan". Most of what you are currently finding are probably harmless tracking cookies that really are not a major problem.... It's not that unusual to get several dozen hits after several weeks., specially if you do a lot of web surfing....
BTW, If it really proves useful consider paying for it. I feel that if a piece of software is really useful and critical, I want to make sure the vendor is compensated. If you do want to buy something, I like Spy Sweeper. It's a subscription, but it is usually rated one of the best and does a great job of preventing infestations as well as deleting ones that are already in the system....
