Purchasing Security Software after the Factpricegrabber.com is the best place to look for prices. They have one of the largest lists of sellers to compare prices. Rebates are quite often a sucker deal. Unless you conscientiously remember to fill out everything in time, you lose out. They are counting on this. If they really want to offer a bargain, they can have a sale. Places will even cheat you as Franklin did with me, claiming they sent a $50 rebate check I never got and refusing to do anything. Buyers should stick with the best non-rebate price and tell these rebaters to go fly a kite. And as one poster mentioned, everyone has their own choice - and some buy the most expensive because it makes them feel better. TurboTax vs. TaxAct is another example. Why? Some people like that one but you give no reason why they are wrong. Wasting $50 to buy something (and remember if you get your rebate, it is just as free i.e. worthless in your mind) is not money well spent. The free AVG is an excellent product as are the free ZoneAlarm firewall and the free SpyBot and AdAware spyware checkers. Using non ECC ram in Dell SC1425 Anthony, I am not sure about ECC-non-ECC as I have never owned a server but PC3200 is DDR ram... JohnP
