Semi OT looking for recommendations on CRT vs. LCD TV

You probably don't play games, but use it for business purpose. I decided to stay with CRT. Why`? Because every resolution is fine and not that scrambled like using a non-native resolution on TFTs. Then the colours are more vibrant and clear on CRT. You won't find any good one in TFT. If you will, these are really more bucks than someone would spent. Also, are ghosting effects no matter for a CRT.

For the TFTs is the fact that they do only need 60Hz frequency which makes the PC faster in graphic intense environment. They are maybe more stylish, do need less room and are just modern.

The CRT is my best choice. I won't real and accurate colours. Sometimes I change resolution, the CRT won't mind- and when waiting for a render project to finish I can see the progress from every angle at a glance without any hbuttle- even from the coffe machine.

Hi, I hope this is an appropriate group to post to. If not, perhaps someone could suggest a better one... I have 3 Dell Optiplex G260 running XP and each has...

It depends on your needs. If you don't need accurate colours and ghosting is no matter for you- the TFT will fit you very well.
