Think Dell will come out with an UMC
I think they will most definitely wait, and I think it's very wise for them to do so. Dell has avoided Tablet PCs and I think that's a good decision for now, until they become more robust and are more in demand. When I was looking into possibly getting a Tablet PC, it always came down to: Dimension 8300 And New Video Problems 1756 Those symtoms are typical of a video card that is either overheating or the ram on the... -- You can use Microsoft OneNote -- and You can annotate Word documents. All of the advertising mentioned OneNote (which I think is a very mediocre app of its kind), and showed a Word document with circles drawn around various parts of a document and other annotations. There also was some speculation that Dell was going to exit the Pocket PC market and drop Axims. That rumour hasn't been well substantiated. The interesting thing is that Microsoft stopped supporting ink notes in its PIM apps on the Pocket PC platform, while it is moving towards electronic ink on the Tablet PCs. I think if these technologies take off, Dell will take its time and try to release the best product of its kind, taking cost and features into account. I also doubt that Dell would want to allocate its technical support staff to these kinds of devices at this time. Journey
