Trying to purchase another Dell but
on order money? considering Trouble with a network and wireless internet Is computer 1 a proxy server? Are you using software to talk between the computers... Hi Tom, Yes as a matter of fact I did. When I first ordered, I put the system on my Discover card which has a $10k limit and currently has a $0 balance. When the order was cancelled I thought that maybe there was a problem with the card since it's been inactive for 6+ months. Discover told me that everything was OK as far as they were concerned. The 2nd through the last attempt was on a Dell Preferred Credit Debt account which I applied for and received on my 2nd attempt. Credit Debt Limit was $7k. On my last order attempt when I called and talked to a salesperson, I inquired about the Dell Credit Debt account to insure there were no problems. The salesman checked and buttured me the account was clean. Realizing that Dell and Dell Credit Debt are two separate enbreasties, I called Dell Credit Debt and they buttured me there was nothing wrong with the account. As much as I would like to purchase another Dell system, it's just too darned hard to accomplish. I evidently don't know the secret handshake or something. This time I will not call and inquire as to what happened I believe that I'm just going to let it die.I will call and cancel my Dell Preferred Credit Debt account though...
