It would be semi-interesting to know how old some of the people who post here are. I know for example that Ray is retired earlier this year so it gives me a decent idea of what his age is. But with most of the other people here it's difficult if not impossible to know for sure.

So you think you're older than the lot here. Hmmm. For some reason I always envisioned you as someone in their mid-30's. (Which may actually be true and you might still be one of the older ones here which would make me real old.) I may have mentioned graduating from Syracuse in 1982 which would make it trivial to figure out that I'm about 44.

There's this guy who works at a remote office for the same company as me. I never met him in person but we've exchanged a lot of email and have spoken on the phone many times. The guy grew up in New York City and has a voice like a NFL line backer. He sounds like freakin Tony Soprano. but bigger, meaner and nastier.

So we have our company summer party and all the reps from the remote offices get brought in. I finally meet the guy. Not at all like what I pictured. The voice does not match the body at all. This guy is about 5'4" and weighs maybe 120 lbs. Nothing at all like the person I was expecting to meet.
