Maybe so, but your continuing dodges for particulars is reducing my belief in your claim. It just sounds fishy that they would devote so much to such a ludicrous claim from a member of the public who provides no solid evidence on how MS manipulated their stock price.
In a better world, guys like you and Rex Ballard would be sued by MS for libelous statements (people are sued every day for much less serious accusations). But you and Rex both know you're far off MS' radar.
In a delicious bit of irony, it would be very easy, and quite amusing, for MS to show in court how you personally have benefited from using their products. In fact, are you holding any of their stock right now? Did you or any fund you invest in own or sell short any MSFT shares during the time period you filed the complaint?
