Being ignorant is one thing, being dishonest is another. When someone sells me something I want to know I'm not being lied to. It's pretty clear you didn't read or understand what he said, at all. Yes, he asked questions to which he knew the answer. To which the manager (not a 'clueless clerk') gave totally dishonest answers. The manager did not say, 'I'm not sure, let me look it up', nor 'I don't know, sorry', nor did he give the genuine and correct answer, he lied. He set out to deceive *a customer* i.e, one of those people who *pay his wages*. If you think that is deserving of anything but contempt, you deserve all you get. NOMINATION: Tom Potter... You also seemed to have missed the bit where Kelsey bought the VCR from teh clueless but honest sales buttistant who had dealt with him in the first place, before the liar of a manager elbowed him out. You better not try that weaselly tactic. *Windows* is used by many millions, some of whom are almost certain a little more obnoxious than that - like liquidateers, rapists, thieves.
