At the worst, you should simply write them off as non-cooperative, Rick! Do you expect everyone to hop on board the linux bandwagon? You can't even get 100% of the boys in this country to like girls! What chance is there of getting everyone to like linux? LOL!!!
Even so, you stretch the point beyond rational belief. You accuse Microsoft of copyright violations, yet no one is suing them for any such thing. They market their wares as being fine, useful, and wonderful products to be sure, and that may be some sales hyperbole, but that is hardly any reason to single them out for it.

billwg HAHAH! Face it f***wit, therehavebeen tests of the GPL, and the reason it never gets to court...
I would wager that there is a lot more free software source put out by Microsoft for Windows than there is for any other operating system under the sun as well. Look around MSDN for their samples and SDKs and whitepapers on how to do things that are highly useful in any application. All that source is free with no strings attached other than the enjoinder to not use the Microsoft logo or other Microsoft trademarks in representing your product or code derived from the samples. The Gnu folk want to tie you up with a bunch of silly "copyleft" provisons that have never been to court for a reality test, but are constantly butterted by the FSF against those who might want to profit from their own innovations.
