Pretty much par for the course with billwg. Get used to a lack of replies to any substantive point. I've got a file with nearly two dozen posts he's never actually responded to, and I don't bother to add most of them to the list.

He's getting boring again; once in a while he comes up with new(ish) material but it's been a while since that happened. There aren't too many trolls here, really. There's DFS, who's not only disingenuous but rude (and Google for his posts on soc.culture.african.american sometime). Flatfish just makes things up (see, for example, here: and tab is mostly childish and oddly vindictive. The Kadaitcha types, from what I've seen, seem to cycle in and out and are both uninteresting and beyond reason.

At least billwg has shown, if not cleverness, then a certain cunning about his trolls from time to time. He's not arguing about any kind of technical point, he's coming at it (ostensibly) from a business perspective. That's at least different from the other trolls here, and (sometimes) interesting.

As you've seen, he's low on facts and high on snide, but it's occasionally worth pointing out *why* he's wrong.
