LimeWire - Java based cross-platform gnutella client, built in media player, familiar interface, but sucks resources like a thirsty sailor and is nagware, and of course depends on Java runtime to work. Phex - Java based cross-platform gnutella client. Small, fast and light, second best Linux p2p client IMHO, though it also depends on JRE. GTK-Gnutella - Probably the best gnutella client on Linux. Fast, easy on resources, highly configurable, few external dependancies, actively developed and frequently updated to take advantage of new features. Only drawback is no way to launch sources from within the client itself (a small thing considering). Highly recommended. Azureus - Java based cross-platform bittorrent client. Very nice UI, highly configureable, stable, frequently updated and lots of features. Amarok, hands down, so many features I couldn't begin to start. JuK after that.
