nVidia, on the other hand, did cheat on benchmark tests

Liam Slider Is that what you're going to do when you finally accept that MS is where they are because people buy their products, because their products are good? Wasn't very...

Silly. ATI sells a lot more high and top-end video cards (9800XT and up) than nVidia does.

So? You still talk about it as if it makes Linux a good game platform.

Is that right? One game? What was it called? What store?

I don't think Linux games are sold in any stores. I've never seen one.

I'm not exaggerating. It's probably more. MicroCenter has two 30' long shelves with 4 rows each of Windows games. Plus another shelf of older games not in boxes but in CDs.

Here, look at their website:

Linux is NOT a platform for the "elite" gamer. Windows is.

There are ZERO developed-for-Linux games an "elite" gamer would play, or that compebreastions and LAN parties would be based around.

And MicroCenter is not an average store. It's the biggest and best computer store in Atlanta - though the recently opened Fry's is close. MicroCenter sells at least 5 Linux distros - but no Linux games that I've seen.

They're not great, except in your odd mind.

It's not a troll. That's a typical, current Linux gaming release. It was even given a "Hot Picks" mention by the premier Linux magazine. LOL!

Did PC Magazine or Maximum PC or PCGamer single it out for special praise and recognition, and devote one-third a page that wasn't a review?

How to leave Microsoft and be better for it
ray and grade will you that the Well no THAT is BS. Now I know what you mean. There are serevral "easier" distros. I'm not saying Xandors is bad altogeter...

Weenie. Yes.

On the "Open Source Games" (4th) page of the review, they mention three Linux games which they claim represent "really creative independent work".

I'm now going to show you screenshots of those games, and let you judge

Have you enjoyed any scintillating Egoboo gameplay lately? LOL!

No, but why even mention it?
