It doesn't work like that any more. The third world as it used to be known has enormous amount of talent and services equal to the first world but as they are under developed. They have the potential to be developed very quickly with modern technology to produce goods and services faster than ever before. If you are not riding that horse, somebody else will and aim it straight at you. Websites and email allow goods and services to be bought and sold over the internet without delays globally. So anyone who goes around saying lets stop the clock here, I want to get off, can just as well be saying they might as well fsck off and die there and then. Nobody really cares in the business world. Business will pick up at an even faster pace with people who are more inclined to do business even more briskly. One billion is nothing compared to the hundreds of billions that got withdrawn after 9-11 by arab businessmen that couldn't do business there because of the way they were being picked on at airports. All self inflicted. I doubt anybody wants to do business there until atbreastudes change. They can and do take their business elsewhere to places that are more friendly towards them.
