Is Microsoft dying 623
Before or after MS put out it's two-button mouse? (and I can't be believe you stupid wintrolls are *still* going on about this) Is Microsoft dying 624 C Lund Why do you need to ask? Because your pronouncement of the "whole industry imitating Apple" is a product of your ignorance? Some pre-date... No, they make mice that work with Windows. And that means two buttons. *space for edwin to tell us that Windows works with no mice at all*
The fact that there's hardly a platform left that does not use a mouse at all shows this. No. Most PC owners can't tell Word from Windows. No. Reality. This is why MS keeps imitating Apple. Is Microsoft dying 626 C Lund BSD, out with You've already amply proven your opinions, as above, are based on ignorance. It's... You wintrolls should care. Every year Longhorns slips is another year where Apple and Linux makes Windows look bad. 1992? Wasn't windows DOS with a stupid mac-like shell on top back then? What was your definition of "modern OS" again? "Anything made by MS"? OS X is a modern OS. XP is a rotting stump. Oh come now. Surely even you have noticed the slipping release dates and evaporating features. No. I have a colleague who went from Linux to OS X, and my sister is thinking of doing the same. I have several other colleagues who are seriously considering switching from Windows to OS X. And none of my Windows-using colleagues are particularly happy with Windows. Linux and OS X have their uses. Windows is the default tar pit people leave as soon as they have a chance. Not increasing sales is not the same as losing sales, edwin. -- C Lund, www.notam02.no-~clund
