I have a colleague who went from Linux to OS X, and my sister is thinking of doing the same. I have several other colleagues who are seriously considering switching from Windows to OS X. And none of my Windows-using colleagues are particularly happy with Windows.
Linux and OS X have their uses. Windows is the default tar pit people leave as soon as they have a chance.
Not increasing sales is not the same as losing sales, edwin.
