I have an IR programmable remote control* which I can sometimes hear (right ear but not left), I've heard light bulbs at one point (not 60 Hz., high pitched and closer to the monitor sounds that Dolores is referring to --I can't notice any sound from my current monitor at the current resolution and refresh rate settings but I don't know if it's from too much background noise from my noisy desktop, from a deterioration in my hearing or from the monitor just not being noisy). The signals produced by the transducer must have been very far down the ultrasonic range because I could hear many or most of those signals.
