Note the use of the word "getting". This is not a past tense, nor is it metrics derived from extended use. In other words, it doesn't contradict what I said.

Again, not the past tense.

"India's Canara Bank has selected Red Hat Enterprise Linux as its OS of choice as it automates more than 1,000 of its branches"

Again, not a story about an organization that has already converted and been using it for any time. It's an organization that PLANS to.

This is a story about public internet centers. Not really general purpose PC's. They could be using WebTV's for all it mattered.

It also has a story about a new bid for schools to buy Linux based PC's, which again is not a "past tense" situation. It's a lso a situation where most people don't have computers to begin with, so there is no issues of interoperability.

Umm.. this one isn't about ANY company using Linux.

This is just another story about Brazil like the one above. And again, is about what they PLAN to do, not what they have already done, and what benefits they've actually received from it.
