KDE - it seems to be trying to be all things to all people. I have little doubt it could be configured to be easier... Depends on the distro... Er? Good info - but not related to my request for screen shots of dialogs.... Yes... that would be excellent. At least the apps most folks are likely to use, anyway... You are still clearly not a part of the population in question. I doubt the inconsistent Windows dialogs would prevent you from saving printing. I doubt the New Folder creation bug in XP would stop you from being able to create folders: Heck, I did not even pay attention to that one until I had students pointing it out to me... and getting lost by it. Seems Mandrake is the most often suggested... though it seems the best thing to do there is to get the commercial versions... -- Look, this is silly. It's not an argument, it's an armor plated walrus with walnut paneling and an all leather interior.
