Why? Do you really believe someone has to read your mind to be able to read your posts? I think...

If the person was fully informed about what they were asking about, they would not have to ask.

That may also be true, but I am not speaking only about "them" in those situations. Look at the example where I asked about specific distros that have features that are not easily found online - people in COLA may very well have the knowledge... no reason not to ask about it.

For that matter, when people ask about Macs in CSMA, esp. new Mac users, I know I do not flame them for asking. I generally answer the question and then, if needed, point them to where they could have found the answer themselves.

Keep in mind that for OS X it is much easier to find answers - being that there is only one distro.

You were feigning ignorance and I played with you about it (as you do below, when you pretend that I could use my removable storage to do a HD install).

I still have no idea what you do or do not know, as you do not advocate well. I do know that I am a novice with Linux.

I do not have any removable storage large enough to install a full install of the distros of Linux in question. Nor does my computer have the ability to boot from my thumb drives.

You are struggling with the concept of what a HD install is - are you feigning that ignorance or are you really not certain what I mean by a HD install? I am happy to explain it to you if you are not certain, but I suspect you really do know.

Forget Kier... he has essentially stated that, as he sees it, the people who have followed Snit from csma are on equal footing with Snit at...

Yes. Hence the reason I was asking people far more experienced with me what distro would be the best to suggest for a specific purpose...

I have been, as you have been told. Again, you are feigning ignorance. You do this often, and it is not something that is endearing.

On Mon, 14 Mar 2005 15:33:38 -0700, Snit ... because I do. There you go again. I keep trying to tell you you cannot read my mind. You can think what you...

Again you feign ignorance... we have gone over this question many times and I have fully answered it.

Again you feign ignorance, being that you know I have been using multiple distros.

Again you feign ignorance, as I have shown you screen shots of where the apps likely to be used on the distros in question are not consistent.

Again you feign ignorance, being that I have clearly shown I not only understand but appreciate all that is offered on a LiveCD... and I know there is much more out there.

I am not surprised that you would love offensive terms.

My primary "wrong" is to buttume you will stop feigning ignorance - which is your primary way of trolling, it seems.
