Mandrake disappointment 1765On Mon, 14 Mar 2005 14:40:23 -0700, Snit How To Ask Questions The Smart Way Read it. Know it. Live it. You asking technical questions in a non-technical group. At the same time you are not asking in any technical groups... and you are not askingg distro related questions in distro related groups. I wonder if I used MacOS longer than you .... There you go again. I keep trying to tell you you cannot read my mind. And THIS kind of comment that you continually make is one of the things that peees people off. Your ignorance shows itself AGAIN. BTW, I don't pretend. You may pretend. You might want me to pretend with you. But I don't pretend. So stop your bullpoo. Mandrake disappointment 1766 Why? Do you really believe someone has to read your mind to be able to read your posts? I think not... and therefore you are likely feigning ignorance *again*! If you... I never implied you could use you removable storage as a HD install. I said you could save your configuration data and configuration. Which you can. It is even possible to use an external HD in conjunction with a floppy or Cruzer. You might figure this out if you ever read any of the Faqs on the reference pages I gave you. How do you think I found out about RAM sticks and saving configs? Do you think some fairy flew in and whispered it to me? NO... I did some research. I gave you a page and link reference. I GAVE YOU THE REFERENCES. Damn. Yet you repeatedly said you know more about Linux than me. So don't. no one has suggested you should. They (and I) gave said to have the thumb drive inserted at boot. Read the freakin refernces I gave you. Stop your bullpoo. I know exactly what a HS install is. Look, pbuttive-aggressive troll... I know what it is. I know how to install Linux. I know how to use RAM sticks, floppies and external HDs to save configs and data. I know how to use a RAM stick (or floppy) and LiveCD and do an install on an external HD so you can use that full HD install on different computers. Do you know how I found out all that stuff? Hmmm .... ? I read the Faqs on the page references ... wait for it... ... that I gave you. Again, you are showing your dishonesty. You lie very often, and don't want to be endearing to you. Again you lie. No, you haven't. Mandrake disappointment 1768 Forget Kier... he has essentially stated that, as he sees it, the people who have followed Snit from csma are on equal footing with Snit at the present time... though, he... here's a hint: Use various Live CDs. Mandrake disappointment 1770 begin doom.scr I don't find that argument particularly convincing. The problem is illustrated by your own paragraph, which swings across ideas... Again you lie. Which is it? You have been using multiple distros, or not. If you have been using them, then you should be getting an idea how they work. Again you lie. Do you not freaking liesten... ONE MORE TIME... KDE apps are consistent with each other, Gnome apps are consistent with each other. E A C H O T H E R ... within their environment. Again you lie. But, it fits you so well... newtard... I love it. You just love your pbuttive aggressive lying, don't you? No wonder no one wants to join in your 'code of honor'. -- Rick
