No, Daeron breaks the law by hacking a system he does not have legal right to use. The owners stupidity for leaving it open has as much creedence as a person who leaves their keys in the car. If you drive away with their car and get caught, you go to jail. Now personally, I could care less but a magistrate may see this in a different light.
