Obviously, advocation is about providing answers to people who are unwary of making changes, unaware of what is being advocated, or providing education about the subject in question. I have at times lost sight of that in the heat of the moment, and have no problem admitting that. I also made disparaging remarks about other operating systems (mostly windows), because I have issues :-)

I have engaged in healthy debate which is stimulating to all involved, and I have strongly expressed my opinions.

However, in the course of those activities, I have not intentionally disrespected others, or engaged in generalized, or personalized attacks.

I enjoy this group and I enjoy talking to others, including those who disagree or are misinformed about the subject at hand.

What I wanted to ask about ( feel free not to answer if you wish ) is why *you* are here, and what motivates you to come to this group?

You are obviously happy with your OS, which is fine. Why then do you come here and engage in insulting behaviors? Unless you get some gratification from doing so, I can't see any other reason why you would.

I realize I am going to draw alot of fire for this post. Such is life. But curiosity has gotten the best of me.
