Microshaft website discriminating against Mozilla

Haven't played much with Rhythmbox, or any other audio media player-manager since I discovered amarok, it's the best!

If you can, you should check it out.

Legacy, I think. K3B used to use cdrdao to burn Audio CD's, now it just uses cdrecord by default, though you can specify which. The later versions of K3B change this so that cdrdao becomes optional, like normalize-audio.

Speaking of which, the latest version of K3B is really great! OSD instead of a tray icon, realtime FIFO indicator for burning ops, improved integration. Snaps up!

This seems to depend on alot of factors, your hardware setup, the burner itself, what and how you are burning, the media you are burning to, software, etc. I only just finally gotten a burner that actually burns at the rated speed (48x).

No clue here, sorry.

Whoah, I'm surprised it still works considering all the protocol changes... Gaim 1.3.1

Full install of Debian 3.1 with GNOME and a bunch of other stuff topped out at just over 700M on my laptop.

Add the ftp.us.debian.org repositories to your sources list.

Saw this in the description, don't know if it helps...

"mono is a metapackage containing dependencies for the runtime of Mono. If you do not need all of them (or try to work around X11 dependencies), install the core packages manually: mono-jit, mono-mcs or mono-utils."

I have a drop down in the side view that lets me select the view style.

Mine is listed under "Sound & Video", seems an odd place for it.

Is artsd installed and running? Did you install and run alsaconf?

Same with KDE.

Ubuntu seems really nice, though I'm more of a KDE man myself. Perhaps one day you will try a full on Debian install, though alot of the autoconfiguration stuff such as sound and video sometimes has to be done manually, it's really nice.
