Ah, it is mr accurate in theory, sucks in practical. Let us address just the first of mr. long winded.
He is the biggest flapping lips, never done it, there is.
Didn't work on Xandros 3. Didn't work on Fedora Core 4. Didn't work on Mepis 3.1.1 The only thing it works on is SuSE and, from what I heard, Mandrake. I never done Mandrake.
If it don't work, you got the wrong distro, again and again and again.
Let me think.... thinking.... OMFG. I put in the Bourne Idenbreasty DVD, and it installed Interplay for me. OMFG, it is working.

On Sat, 25 Jun 2005 09:10:17 +0000, Peter Pretty well anything you did with it before, just with different programs. Seeing as you haven't told us which distro...
And you wonder why it won't be 2005
this is from the slackware news group. heck, aol is still alive because people just want to use their machine. not have...
Let us look at something else. Microsoft has to actually release in EU a version of Windows without a Player. Linux needed a crutch.
Bottom line, i put in DVD it installed what I need. On linux, if you are in the USA, you have to go OFF SHORE to get some drivers to use On Shore, because it may be ILLEGAL. You hae to learn to console, root, and more stuff that is sure to blow up your dress. It is not easy on Linux unless you have done it a lot,
