Yes, but at the same time we could make to remarks about that...: (1) It could be highly possible that conventional mathematics do not apply to FTL because there may be additional laws of physics involved that we as subluminal enbreasties simply can't ascertain.
(2) It could be that Stephen Hawking was right about the Universe protecting causality, and thus the Universe would "find a way" to prevent the scenario to exist - e.g. the Universe would prevent the first woman - Alice? - to send out her signal in the first place, or would prevent the second man from relaying it to her.
We do know that the laws of physics as we know them are far from complete. Teleportation and quantum bilocation are only mere examples of that. ;-)
