The problem with Windows, is that there are so many PAINS IN THE BUTT.

Reinstall Linux: needless, but just as easy as the first time. programs get installed along with the OS. Reinstall Windows: oh dear, OEM restore discs only, I have to format my hard drive and lose all my data. then it's a separate process for EVERY program.

Browse the web in Linux: set up connection, open web browser, go Browse the web in Windows: ok first of all I need anti-virus software and antispyware software. Then I need a better web browser than IE.

Working in Linux: it just works Working in Windows: and some spyware's slipped through my defences so I'm being hammerred with popups even though IE's not open. OH FU**! CRASHED! And I last saved ten minutes ago!

Yes I agree there are annoyances in Linux. But there are also annoyances in Windows.
