How can a multiple choice question in which neither of the provided answers is correct be VALID!?

Oh, I'm SORRY, I appear to have missed the qualifier, based on YOUR beliefes... Well in that case, it doesn't matter what the answer is because your beliefs are wrong.

Look, I missed the based on your beliefs bit, which made the question totally irrelevant and not worth answering in the first place, ok?

Oh, you're talking about *trojan horses*. That's entirely different from an accidental security flaw. (Nice way to change the subject when you're losing...) There have been a handful of Linux trojans...

No it isn't.

Yawwwwwwwn.

Did I say they did it for every security issue they become aware of?

Truth? I couldn't be arsed even following those links. So sue me. It'd just be more of the same most likely. (Misunderstood and blown out of all proportion)

No. only if they WRITE code.

You have no idea what you're talking about, as per usual.

I said prove it, not repeat yourself.

Worth a try, thought the extra volume might penetrate that thick skull of yours.

LOL! Oh my giddy aunt, that's a good one.

suddenly? I think not. If we'd decided it was important we'd've parallelised the startup script years ago.

Yeah... riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Nope, they're invalid crap. They don't hold any legal water whatsoever. If I chose to reverse engineer something windowsy, I could quite legally if it aided in system interoperability with something other than windows.

How many of them *need* to be reviewed for security issues? If they don't run as a privileged user, the amount of damage they can do is small. The (relatively small) subset of programs...

And you think I can be arsed reading THAT one when I refused to read the first? Gods you're pathetic.

Big deal...

If they can be verified, IF... But then, you've got to post the exact circumstances, state of your machine when running each, etc.
