Have you actually taken a good look at the threads in this group? It takes about 15 seconds to figure out that comp.os.linux.advocacy is some kind of a joke. It's not as bad as aowx,true, but that group is polluted by one person.This group seems to be a conglomeration of strange people all on a different wavelength than the rest of us. The atmosphere is almost cult like in some respects. Maybe you are just so wrapped up in it that you can't take an unbiased look at it Trolls? According to whom? You Linux people seem to be calling just about everyone who isn't on your wavelength a troll. So let's see what we have learned: 1. This is supposed to be a Linux advocacy group. 2. There are little or no Linux advocacy threads. 3. People post rigged messages to screw up Outlook users. 4. New posters are called trolls unless they bow down to Linux. Yea, this is a Linux advocacy group alright. Too bad it doesn't look any different than alt.linux.sucks-sux. And it took me all of a day to figure that out. I haven't slagged Linux, I've expressed my opinion and from what I have seen of Linux and it's users it's obvious why it's free and still ignored by all but a few with special needs. Like I said, I see very little or no Linux advocacy in this group. This group is more than likely doing more to discourage people from using Linux than any troll could ever do.
