Yes, there are quite a few racist people who are Black. And racist people who are Native American. And Racist people who are Mexicans. And on and on...

But how does that excuse *your* racism? How does that make your racism any more valid than theirs? It's all wrong. All racists are buttholes.

How about I tell you about me. Will I do? My family is mostly German-Jewish and English genetically, but I was adopted Scottish-Irish, I also have Native American blood...as well as current "pureblood" relatives (probably anything but actually, I don't think there's been an actual pure blooded "Indian" in this country in a long, long time) and likely some French through the Native as there used to be some fairly extensive interbreeding there in this region, I also have Black anscestors. I have half-Greek cousins. My brother's prior girlfriend was Mexican, and my sister dates mostly Black men. When I was 5 my two best friends were the Black kids that lived next door who came over to play all the time. I have seen Indian (as in from India) doctors, Black doctors, Jewish doctors, and White doctors, and have zero preference in that regard. A doctor is a doctor.

Our local schools are mostly "white", but there are quite a few Black kids, a few Mexican, and quite a few Asians. And they are....just kids here. Fairly well mixed into the regular population of kids. Of course, this State has a history of being well mixed. A history of numerous old French colonial settlements, "English" settlers (post-Revolution...so really just Americans) and lots of towns founded by immigrant Germans. A lot of smaller immigrant groups up North later....followed finally by a lot of Mexicans more recently (we have more Mexicans in Illinois than Arizona or New Mexico). We're a *very* diverse State, always *have* been a very diverse State both genetically and culturally....even among the "whites."
