Major component separation
I just tried "konstruct" for the first time. In KDE 2.x I used to download sources and do it by hand. Then I just got lazy and...

Well, here's something remotely similar ( not quite what you want but ).

Yesterday, I bought a new desk at IKEA. It's a corner desk and much more compact than what I was using. What I was using was a Coleman folding picnic table that took up the whole center of my ( very small ) living room.

Anyway, I had to break down my entire system, because of all the wires and such, and had to take time to buttemble my desk ( you know how putting IKEA furniture together is like an I.Q. test ).

Ok, ok, the point of the story is that after two hours or so of tearing down, building the desk and rebuttembling, I got back online. And then I tried playing Unreal Tournament. Well, glory be if it didn't run smooth as silk with no skipping and so on, like it usually does. So, at first, I thought, maybe restarting my DSL modem somehow got me a better connection or something.

Then tonight, I was playing UT04 again, and it was no where near as smooth. So now I think: could it have been that the ATI9200 card ( and I keep my computer on all the time)cooleddown enough while the machine was off, so that it increased performance, and now that its been on straight for another 24 hours, it's gone back to it's poorly performing state?

Next question: how can I get some liquid nitrogen flowing through my PC chbuttis?!
