What drives Bill Gates 1802begin doom.scr Yes, but when my kids are like that, they get thoroughly informed about how bl**dy rude it is, and it is explained to them that failure to take action will result in a) short term measures such as I might be able to take and if that fails, b) them becoming an obnoxious adult, unable to interact with most of the populous, or at least, getting a punch on the nose from time to time by saying such things to the wrong person at the wrong time. If you're as sarcastic as that (above), then I'm surprised someone hasn't explained what they think to you about that at some point! What drives Bill Gates 1804 sberry Well, I don't agree that advocacy is the principal purpose of the group. I've had this discussion before, so I won't go into it much, but I think that a... I'd buttumed that the age of kid in question was quite old, otherwise I can't really see an adult being all that upset, more angry. If one of my kids said that to my wife then action would most certainly be taken. If they were sufficiently old, it might just be ejection through the door, with an indication that they could come back and apologise whenever they wanted. What drives Bill Gates 1803 Probably a chaffeur. Thankfully, the car won't be made by Microsoft, because, if it was, as General Motors pointed out... Maybe I'm just not very tolerant of such behaviour. I mean gratuitous sarcasm, in particular. It's funny on Blackadder, or Fawlty Towers, but not when it's truly intended. Ahh, I'm an irascible b*gger. :-) -- end Mark Kent -- mark at ellandroad dot demon dot co dot uk If God had intended Man to Watch TV, He would have given him Rabbit Ears.
