I get this a lot too, so you're not alone. Time to break out the emergency supply of Knoppix DVDs and send them on their way, they'll come clamouring for a Linux install once they find out how easy it is to use and adninister.

People are afraid of change, and it's up to us (new and veteran Linux users alike) to ease the transition.

So please, enough with the trollposting and lexical tearing-apart of others who (like me!) are just getting started in Linux andjust might need a helping hand now and again-, not abuse. Let's help Linux gain a slice of the pie rather than burying it under innuendo and butthole postings.

Or I might just give up on x86 altogether and go buy another Mac.
