I have Windows 2000 here and it hasn't gone down one time. It may have had to be rebooted once, not sure. It's nice.
FURTHERMORE: It's an interesting transition to a Linux type OS. MS users should be encouraged to move up to the Win 2K type OS's and then encouraged to play around under the hood with a mature multiuser, mulbreastasking, mulbreasthreading networking OS. Using the MS system tools you can learn a lot about computers. I have been using the command line quite a bit here, something I hardly ever did. All this is good experience for moving into Linux.
Baby steps, baby steps. Encourage people on MS or Windows to make baby steps away from Borg. Even moving to OS X should be encouraged. Encourage MS users to use the command line. If they elect to stay on Windows, encourage them to use other FOSS like Firefox, Tbird, and Open Office.
