Windows is pure TWEAKS for FREAKS

Awww, here is the rest of the story from such mis-information.

At least I can work in WIndows. I can't always work in Linux. I have been playing with this crap for a year now. You all say it works, but I find that once you get beyond web browsing and word processing, the crap really hits the fan. Tweaks are common and hard to find answers. Even in articles and evaluations, they say the same thing, you have to Tweak.

When it comes to windows: Yes, there are viruses and spyware. At least I can click click install and OCR with my scanner. I can click click install and a dvd player that comes with my dvd I bought. At least I can click click install and Open Office works.

I have not had a virus and I trade files all day long. I have anti sypware, and no issues. The registry has never been cleaned, and if it did, not big deal. You can get a free program on tucows. There is not USB nightmare on windows. I have 5 cpu's, and anyone else I know has no USB problem that I know of. But the Linux Log files can get huge in their own right. So you are bragging? You live in a world of denial. I live in a world where productivity is paramount.

You guys are so stuck on yourself's, you think people are going to root and terminal and chmod and all this crap. THERE IS NO LAWYER THAT I KNOW THAT IS GOING TO DO THAT. LET ME JUST ADD. THERE IS NO PERSON THAT I KNOW THAT WANTS TO DO THAT. They all want Mac's.

It is not, nor will it be, the year of the Linux Desktop. It is for geeks.

Lets look at drivers. Yours comes with linux for the most part, in windows, they come with the hardware. I rather have the drivers from the company that makes them then from some guy that wrote them and does not support them.
