As should you. OK. You clearly do not. I have no problem with that. You...

Nobody has suggested that this should be changed. In fact, I have suggested that it should be easier to know what application you are in *and* what file you are using.

I will likely try other DE's in the future, but how would that change the weakness I saw in the distro I examined?

It appears you do not. Fair enough. That explains why you did not understand my previous comments.

No matter how you try to explain them away, they are still inconsistencies... and a weakness in the distro I examined. While I will likely never look at all distros, I have no reason to think *any* distro of Linux is as good as OS X in this area. If I am wrong I welcome being pointed to a distro that fits this criteria.

Of course - and your comment is silly being that I have just described how two OS's do similar things in different ways.

I have no problem with that. If you read my comments above you will see this is so.

Again you are incorrect.

Of course - and if you have some features you want to point out to me I would love to hear them. Sadly you do not seem to have the ability and instead prefer to belittle instead of buttist.

I never suggested otherwise. You might want to read my comments before making rash and incorrect buttumptions about my views.

On Tue, 08 Mar 2005 19:47:09 -0700, Snit I do. I asked you to show that you did. You refuse. You like being wrong, don't...
