Linux Is this some sort of prank
So I figure that I'd give Linux a serious try. I go to OSDisc.com and select a few distros that were recommended to me. I pick out the ones I want...

Roy Culley

I was about to say, the standard windope press release stinks as much as it did about their proprietory half rate 'mp3' that they lied about claiming it was better than mp3 when to everyone else it sounded like sucking drm noises added on top of otherwise mp3.

Now they come out against bit torrent leading the charge with a subversive conspiracy against Bram Cohen with false figures and reports. Thanks to open source, bit torrent is alive and well and and you certainly have to admire Mr. Bram Cohen going public with a good protocol that sees just about every Linux distro supports.

And I've never ever had any troubles downloading gigabytes of distros through bittorent. If anything, whats so good about it is the utter 100% reliability of it for a new protocol.

Imagine now that it all gets microshafted. Firstly, no one should call it bittorrent. 2nd you install it, and you become part of a wider p2p spammer controlled network ferrying ads through layers of hidden protocols that slows the whole thing down to a crawl. 3rd it ferries all your personal details and windope registrations and then decides you need to pay money to upgrade or not work at all. 4th, it should not be called bittorrent because its real name is microshaft pootorrent (tm)(r)(c).
