Build problem with 2.6.13.2 kernelMailing from the command line repost I posted this already in the networking group a few days ago and got no response. If... Mailing from the command line repost Interesting. Couple of comments: I've never had any dislike of sendmail, and its smtp auth works fine for me, and I didn't have any problem turning it on, so... I've been trying to build a 2.6.13.2 on an old PIII system with a fresh FC4 install (all of the updates have been installed). I've successfully built the same kernel on three other systems. The other systems are various species of Athlon 64s, two are 32 bit FC4 systems and one is a 64 bit FC3 system. The .config file is identical to the other 32 bit FC4 systems except that the processor type is set to A64 on the A64 systems and to PIII on the PIII box. When I try and do the make install on the PIII I get the following, does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong on the PIII? make CHK include-linux-version.h make1: `arch-i386-kernel-asm-offsets.s' is up to date.
