Build problem with 2.6.13.2 kernel

I've been trying to build a 2.6.13.2 on an old PIII system with a fresh FC4 install (all of the updates have been installed). I've successfully built the same kernel on three other systems. The other systems are various species of Athlon 64s, two are 32 bit FC4 systems and one is a 64 bit FC3 system. The .config file is identical to the other 32 bit FC4 systems except that the processor type is set to A64 on the A64 systems and to PIII on the PIII box. When I try and do the make install on the PIII I get the following, does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong on the PIII?
