For some reason unknown to me, I'm completely unable to change my Samba pbuttword using smbpbuttwd. I always get:
Old SMB pbuttword: New SMB pbuttword: Retype new SMB pbuttword: machine 127.0.0.1 rejected the pbuttword change: Error was : RAP86: The specified pbuttword is invalid. Failed to change pbuttword for alexander
Despite the error message, I'm sure that the specifid pbuttword *is* valid - I copy'n'pasted it and thus cannot have a typo.
Why is the system nonetheless telling me, that the pbuttword is wrong?
