I would have done this but there is no online service (at a reasonable) price that will work with 1120 corporate taxes. Plenty for 1040 (personal) but not the corp. There is one service I came across for corporate but it does not work with anything but IE browser.

I ended up filling in the form by hand printing it and losing it. I thought about saving it to a .ps file but to what end? I would still not be able to make any changes.

Fortunately, doing taxes for a small corporation is easy... only 2 pages. State of CA are not much more difficult.

I'll use taxact.com or some similar service (but not H&R or Intuit as they both have zero customer service from my experience) for family state and fed.

I've been told that Acrobat Reader 5.1 works OK in Crossover-wine but I didn't try it

FWIW, there is a terrific free excel spreadsheet for 1040 taxes which I found through google and can't remember the URL for.

And I buttume you know that if you go to irs.com FIRST and then choose a vendor your tax return will be FREE. The IRS is picking up the tab. Good deal... almost makes you 'like' the IRS! To get the free deal you MUST go to the IRS site and then your vendor of choice (they have a list.)
